Dentist Dr Meheransh Chopra is committed to providing a high standard of dental care and regularly attends continuing education courses to maintain a current knowledge of techniques and technology. His approach to care involves education, knowing that patients will then be empowered to make treatment decisions with confidence.
Dr Chopra is a 2009 graduate of the University of Western Australia School of Dentistry. While there, he was the alumnus representative and organized the National Student Convention, bringing attendees from all over the country as well as Europe. He thoroughly enjoyed his time studying dentistry as well as learning how to create the type of patient care approach that he wanted in private practice.
An Educated Approach to Patient Care
When it comes to caring for his patients, Dr Chopra focuses on perfectionism and patient education. His approach to patient care is that the more patients are educated, the more empowered they will be to make their own treatment decisions. As a dentist, he is there to provide the quality of care that exceeds those expectations and demands.
In his professional career, Dr Chopra takes his continuing education very seriously. He makes it a goal for his team to train together in order to stay abreast of the current techniques and practices used in dentistry, especially in the areas of dental implants, smile design, and aesthetic services. He is also an active member of the Australian Dental Association and the Committee of Dental Alumni Association.

When he’s not in the office, Dr Chopra enjoys playing sports; football in particular. Many of his patients are also surprised to know that he also races motorbikes! An avid outdoorsman, Dr Chopra has spent much time traveling, hiking, and rock climbing in areas like Melbourne and Tasmania.
